The Future Firm designs and facilitates culture and strategy transformations in large organisations.They coach and develop leaders and their teams, and support large scale development programs.

They join forces with partners who share their curiosity. And I definitely do! So as a creative and logistical partner (for more than 10 years), I try to incorporate my strengths: out-of-the-box ideas and locations, media productions, focus on diversity and giving back.
The Journey
TKP Pensioen is a Dutch firm with headquarters in Groningen, and manages pension funds for Dutch companies. The company manages pensions, offers asset management services, and advises pension funds on legal, tax, actuarial, and investment matters.

We (my team and I) provided the creative designs and logistics of their development journeys in 2022 and 2023. That entails amazing locations with a story that fits, good and locally produced food, and transportation that makes sense. We made sure the participants were well taken care of, and were able to focus fully on their process.
